Our Story: Our brand is a labor of love that has grown out of a successful partnership over the last 10 years. Our passion for independence, creativity, and the pure pride we have in what we do and how well we work together, is what started us on this path. And we are truly proud to be co-founders of a brand that we can call our own.

Heather has been in the hospitality industry since she was a teenager. Her love of the industry began after college when she was able to work with her father to open a restaurant from inception.
Her most recent role was Senior Director of Global Accounts for a site selection company, in which she earned the designation of top producer for 9 years. She has a strong understanding of hotel operations from her time employed by the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company. Her desire to meet the needs and expectations of her clients is above all influenced by her commitment to service and values.
Heather’s extensive knowledge in sales & marketing, hotel management, and finance help her to not only meet, but exceed her client's expectations. She works with a consultative approach, and is results driven.
Heather and her husband Ray have 3 cats and enjoy spending time raising funds for organizations related to animal rescue and shelters.

Based out of Phoenix, Arizona, Casi’s foray into the hospitality and tourism industry began as an undergraduate student at Arizona State University. While achieving her Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Management and Tourism, she worked on Arizona travel research projects, interned with a Scottsdale-based Destination Management company, and studied abroad at NHTV University of Professional Education in Breda, Netherlands, where she focused on tourism trends and impacts in Europe.
Casi’s experience with the tourism industry is multi-faceted, as she has worked on both coasts of the United States with convention and visitors bureaus, independent hotels, and internationally branded hotel chains. She moved over to the meeting planning and hotel site selection side in 2004, in which she earned the designation of top producer for 8 years for one of the largest global hotel site selection companies. In 2008, she was awarded the title, “Meeting Professional to Watch,” by Convention South magazine, and in 2018 became a “40 Under 40” recipient by Connect Meetings. Casi also earned her Certified Association Sales Executive (CASE) designation in 2010.
In her spare time, she and her husband, Ryan, enjoy spending time with their rescued Boxers, and traveling wherever and whenever they can.
